Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shopping Pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Shipment to customers in the UK is FREE OF CHARGE. So you pay the same price for items you purchase over the internet as for items you purchase directly from the shop.

Orders are sent by post or carrier (for larger items).

For orders to customers outside the UK, carriage is charged extra at cost and you will be sent an e-mail identifying this additional cost. On receipt of your confirmation of agreement to this charge, the cosignment will be dispatched.
Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch your order the same working day, provided this is received before 4.00pm
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back-order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT at 17.5% is added where applicable. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security Credit card transactions are processed by our third party payment provider which uses a secure computer system and encription of transmitted details to ensure absolute security. We never see your credit card details and these are therefore not stored on our computer system.

Returns Policy At Path and Peak, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchace so we have a "No Quibbles" return policy.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product, simply return it to us, carriage paid, within 7 days of receipt. You should enclose details of your address, your order and the reason for return. Return to the address given above and we suggest that you send it recorded delivery so that you can prove it has arrived safely. Returned goods must be in perfect condition and returned with their original packaging and labels intact. Software cannot be returned with the security label broken unless the product is faulty.
If the goods are faulty, supplied incorrectly or do not meet the description given on the web site, then we will refund the return postage costs. However, if the return is simply because you have changed your mind then the return carriage cost is your responsibility. Your refund will be made within 30 days of receipt.
We aim to meet the Distance Selling Regulations and every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receipt of the goods providing that the above terms are adhered to.
